RDF pellets are derived from processed municipal solid waste (MSW), including plastics, paper, and wood, which are non-recyclable and typically destined for landfills. By compressing this waste into pellets or briquettes, the RDF Pellet Plant transforms it into a valuable energy source that can be utilized in power plants, cement kilns, and industrial boilers. This process not only helps in energy generation but also contributes to reducing landfill waste and promoting sustainability.

Features
The RDF Pellet Plant is equipped with a robust ring die pellet machine capable of processing 2,000 to 5,000 kg of raw material per hour, making it suitable for large-scale industrial production. The machine’s compression ratio is adjustable to accommodate varying material densities, and the modular design ensures easy maintenance and customization. Built for 24-hour continuous operation, it requires no additional binders, making it an environmentally friendly solution. The press roller is enlarged to handle material sizes of up to 40mm, significantly reducing the cost of pre-treatment processes such as shredding. Overall, the plant delivers high efficiency and durability with low maintenance requirements.

RDF pellets have a wide range of applications, particularly in energy production. They are used as an alternative fuel source in power plants, replacing or supplementing traditional fossil fuels in industrial boilers and cement kilns.
