Description

Introduction
One of the most significant milestones in our company’s history was the dismantling, relocation, and reassembly of the AAC block plant from H H Celcon Westbury, England, to India. This plant, with an impressive capacity of 1,400 cubic meters per day and a total weight of 4,000 tonnes, represented a massive undertaking. The operation involved more than 30 synchronized PLC systems and required the transport of around 200 units of 40-foot high-cube containers. The success of this project highlights our expertise in large-scale industrial dismantling and relocation.

Features
This complex project involved several technical challenges, including the dismantling of heavy machinery and intricate PLC-controlled systems. The AAC plant’s vast size, with a total weight of 4,000 tonnes, required meticulous planning and precision. The operation was completed in 6 months for dismantling and 2 years for re-erection and commissioning in India. Our ability to transport and reassemble such a large, synchronized system over great distances demonstrates our team’s unparalleled technical skills and project management capabilities.

Uses
This AAC block plant, once operational in India, plays a crucial role in the production of lightweight, high-quality building blocks used in construction. The blocks are known for their durability, thermal insulation properties, and eco-friendliness, making them a preferred choice in sustainable building projects. The relocated plant now serves the booming construction sector in India, supplying much-needed building materials to infrastructure and real estate projects. This successful relocation has significantly contributed to improving the efficiency and output of AAC block manufacturing in India.

Raw Materials
The AAC block plant processes essential raw materials such as cement, fly ash, lime, gypsum, and aluminum powder, which are mixed and cured to produce aerated concrete blocks. These materials are lightweight, environmentally friendly, and provide excellent insulation properties. The plant is capable of processing large volumes of these raw materials efficiently, contributing to the production of sustainable building products. Its capacity of 1,400 cubic meters per day ensures a continuous supply of high-quality AAC blocks, meeting the growing demands of India’s construction industry.
