Introduction
The PelletIndia Pellet Cooler is a critical component of a biomass pellet plant, designed to ensure that freshly produced pellets are cooled efficiently for safe handling and storage. Fresh pellets exiting the pellet mill are hot, with temperatures ranging between 70 to 90°C, which can affect their quality and durability. The PelletIndia Pellet Cooler reduces the pellet temperature to just 5 to 10°C above ambient levels, preparing them for subsequent packaging or storage. With capacities of up to 20 TPH, the cooler is suitable for both small and large-scale pellet production facilities.

It utilizes a counter-current airflow system that cools pellets uniformly, ensuring consistent quality throughout the batch. The conical bottom of the cooler facilitates even distribution of hot pellets, resulting in homogeneous cooling across the entire product layer. With a unique discharge system consisting of air cushions and a vibration motor, pellet breakage is minimized, and residues are nearly eliminated. The cooler is easy to assemble with a modular body and includes a mesh-modeled discharge system driven by either a motorized or hydraulic drive.
